Top Spanking Story - Police Chief Accused Of Spanking Law Breakers

A police Chief is suspected of running a diversion program where instead of giving out tickets, adults and teens would get a good old fashioned spanking. The Prosecutors allege that the Chief used corporal punishment on 8 teens and 4 adults where he would spank them with a wooden paddle.

The long list of charges are 20 counts of dereliction of duty, 11 counts of assault, 12 counts of using a sham legal process, and seven counts of unauthorized photography. Yes folks, supposedly he even took pictures too!

The Chief is free on $2500 personal bond with the first pretrial hearing set for May 25 2004. So far he is claiming he is innocent, with his attorney stating that the spankings were properly administered and that the parents agreed to the condition of the diversion program.
